A larger, intricately detailed embroidery portrait - offered at a special price.
This one of a kind work has been created using my sewing machine as a drawing tool. I have used dark sepia thread along with other cotton threads to create a pattern-filled, layered composition.
The work is stitched on hand dyed linen with felt on the reverse. There is an additional backing layer of linen fabric.
you may wish to frame with or without glass - or alternatively display on a shelf or within a cabinet.
This work measures approx: 15cm x 11cm
